Claims Notification

For many, the true value of an insurance policy becomes clear when it’s time to make a claim. That’s why we’re committed to ensuring the claims process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
If you need to make a claim, please contact us as soon as practical. If the claim occurs outside business hours, many insurers offer 24-hour claims hotlines.
Even if you have already notified the insurer directly, we kindly ask that you also inform our office. This allows us to monitor your claim and help expedite the process for you.

Important reminders for all claims:

  • Do not repair or replace damaged property without the insurer’s consent, except for temporary emergency repairs.
  • Take steps to minimise further loss or damage and secure the premises.
  • This may include engaging an overnight security guard if immediate security cannot be arranged.
  • Retain damaged property for inspection if required.
  • Report malicious damage, vandalism, theft, or lost property to the police, and obtain a police report or reference number.
  • In the event of a motor vehicle accident, report it to the police if necessary, especially if anyone has been injured, and ensure compliance with current regulations.
